Manufacturing Standard

Specific Standards for Material Selection, Electroplating and Sealing

We adhere to stringent standards throughout every process, ensuring our products remain reliable, stable and durable under complex working conditions.

Material Selection Criteria

The main materials for drain stoppers and floor drains shall be selected in accordance with specifications. Raw materials can only be put into processing after verification upon arrival at the factory to ensure structural strength and service life.

Surface Electroplating Standard

The surface treatment process controls the coating thickness and adhesion condition to achieve a smooth and uniform appearance, reducing corrosion and wear during daily use.

Sealing Test Standard

Sealability testing shall be performed on finished products before delivery. Interfaces and water-seal structures shall be checked item by item, and packaging and shipment can only proceed after confirmation of compliance.

Delivery Standard

Mature warehouse turnover and on-time shipment

Bulk Allocation and Stacking for Outbound Delivery

Sort out drainers and floor drains in batches according to the orders from engineering projects and building materials wholesale markets, stack them by specification in separate zones, and deliver them on pallets to ensure accurate checking of each batch of goods.

Project material allocation

The products are packed, sealed, labeled by model and then loaded into foreign trade containers. The container loading process is traceable, facilitating long-distance logistics shipment and handover verification.
